AboutAbout the lab

糖鎖生命コア研究所（iGCORE）は、名古屋大学と岐阜大学が東海国立大学機構のもとで設置した統合糖鎖研究拠点で、世界トップレベルの糖鎖化学・イメージング（岐阜大学）と糖鎖生物・糖鎖医学（名古屋大学）の研究者が結集しています。名古屋大学側は統合生命医科学糖鎖研究センター（分子生理・動態部門、細胞・個体制御部門）と糖鎖ビッグデータセンター（数理解析部門、構造解析部門、AI基盤部門）から構成され、ヒューマングライコームプロジェクトなどの大規模プロジェクトを推進しています。計算科学を駆使して化合物とタンパク質の相互作用を包括的に評価し、そのデータをもとにAIや機械学習モデルを活用して、化合物の薬理作用を予測する創薬手法の開発に取り組んでいます。専門: AI、創薬手法、タンパク質結合親和性、機械学習、ケモインフォマティクス、。
