The lab develops fabrication processes and materials for low-power devices using nanofabrication technology.

The Environmental and Energy Nano Applications Lab develops process technologies and materials technologies for making low-power devices in order to solve environmental and energy problems. Its research uses the nanofabrication facilities and technologies of the Nanotechnology Center of the Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research. This lab is established as an in-house concurrent-appointment field of the center.
