Associate Professor Yukihiko Yamagata's lab studies the measurement and control of plasmas produced by electrical discharges and lasers. Many aspects of these phenomena are still not fully understood, and there is a need to establish control techniques based on measurement and diagnostics. On the researcher information page, the lab's website is linked under the name "Homepage of the Ionization Reaction Engineering Lab."
